We do ship to these countries, but at own risk. If your package does not arrive, reshipping for free is not possible. For other countries: delivery is guaranteed! So, if you live in for example the United States of America (50 States), UK, Italy. France, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Germany. Ireland, Austria. Denmark, Greece, Netherlands, Australia delivery of your package is guaranteed by us.


We ship all our products in airtight, smell-proof, vacuum-sealed bags.
Your order will arrive in a discreet, unmarked UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx package.
Your real address and name must be on the package to ensure proper delivery.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment, or with your consent, we will source the product and ship it as soon as it becomes available. Please remember to forward your “receipt” with the order number and the secret answer to the email money transfer so we accept the transfer and ship the product out as soon as possible.

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery and to adults over the age of 18. We ship all packages through UPS,USPS, DHL,FEDEX prepaid delivery service. All orders are vacuum sealed and discreetly packaged.


Average delivery times to most locations are between 1-3 business days, for remote locations 3-5 days depending. But within the US it may take just a few hours depending on the distance. So, after product is ship out, the tracking number will be email to the customer. However, the tracking number can be entered on the shipping agency website with either UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx as the carrier. You will receive frequent updated information on where the package is and when the estimated delivery time will be. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Delivery times are to be use as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within two business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sunday. Date of delivery may vary due to shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products can be also be deliver in separate shipments.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective/broken. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at with details of the product and the defect. Photo evidence may be required for verification, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

How is shipping guaranteed?

If your order does not arrive, or gets seized, we will in all fairness ship your package again. For free! We have the following reshipping conditions:
Free reshipping takes place after 2 business days. Most packages arrive within 3 days. International mail and customs can have various delays, hence the waiting period.
If you have entered an incorrect address (Like forgetting the apartment number), then we cannot reship for free. The address is printed out EXACTLY as you enter it, no manual actions on our side (unless you ask us to). However, we do not leave you standing in the cold, so to compensate you will get a coupon for a 40% discount on your next order.
You can give an alternative address for the 2nd shipment. We will also use a different stealth method.

Charges, Billing, & Refunds

You understand and acknowledge that you may incur fees or charges from our shop, Retailers, or other third parties in connection with the goods and services purchased or facilitated through our Platform (“Charges”). All Charges will be identified in your cart prior to or during checkout, and in your receipt. Such Charges may include some combination of the following:

  • Retail Price. The “Retail Price” of goods and accessories are displayed with that item on our Platform. The displayed Retail Price may include discounts, promotions, and price reductions at the sole discretion of our online store. At checkout, the combined Retail Price of goods and accessories is the subtotal of an order as shown in your cart.
  • State Taxes. Retailers charge applicable “State Taxes,” such as cannabis excise taxes, on sales of goods and accessories based on the state of your location, pursuant to state laws and regulations.
  • Local Taxes. Retailers charge applicable “Local Taxes” on sales of cannabis goods and accessories. Local Taxes may be based on the city, county, municipality, or other jurisdictional location of your delivery address, the Retailer fulfilling your order, or both, pursuant to local laws and regulations.
  • Sales Tax. Retailers charge applicable “Sales Tax” on all sales of goods and accessories. Sales tax may be based on the state, city, county, municipality, or other jurisdictional location of your delivery address, the Retailer fulfilling your order, or both, pursuant to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Other Taxes. You may be charged additional taxes based on applicable laws and regulations. Such taxes may vary depending on the laws and regulations in place at the time of your purchase.
  • Delivery Fee. You may be charged a “Delivery Fee” for each order you place.
  • Cancellation Fee. After placing an order, you may cancel it through the Application, but you may be charged a “Cancellation Fee” in certain circumstances. You may also be charged if the Driver completing your order is unable to reach you to complete delivery.
  • Service Fee. In some instances, you may be charged a “Service Fee” for some orders. A description for any applicable Service Fee will be available at checkout.
  • Trust and Safety Fee. In some instances, you may be charged a “Trust and Safety Fee” for some orders. This fee, if applied, is collected to promote the safe and reliable operation of Retailers and their Drivers.
  • Tips. You may elect to “Tip” your Driver in cash or through our Platform where available.
  • Other Fees. Additional fees and charges may apply to your orders as determined by our Farm, the Retailers, and/or third parties with whom you transact. The description of any such fees will be available at checkout. Your bank may also charge additional fees.

Please note that pricing information published on the Platform may not accurately reflect pricing. We may, at its sole discretion, make promotional offers with differing features and/or Charges to any individual or User. Such offers, unless made to you, have no bearing whatsoever on your use of the Platform.

You may receive Promotions (defined below) or Referral Codes (defined below) that you can apply toward payment of certain Charges. Promotions or Referral Codes are only valid for use on the Platform, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash except as required by law. Additional restrictions on Promotions or Referral Codes may apply as communicated to you in a relevant promotion.

All Charges are due immediately and are non-refundable. This no-refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate usage of the Platform, our decision to terminate your usage, any disruption to the Platform, or any other reason whatsoever. If you are dissatisfied with any of the Products you receive, please contact Customer Support.

A third-party payment processor (“Payment Vendor”) may bill your purchase of Products purchased through the Platform. Payment Vendor services may require you to visit, enter information into, or create an account with the Payment Vendor’s application, website, or platform, separate and distinct from the Platform. By entering your payment, banking, or other billing information, you authorize us to send that information to or through the applicable Payment Vendor to charge your form of payment. The processing of payments, authorizations, holds, credits, and refunds will be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the Payment Vendor. If you do not wish you utilize the services of a Payment Vendor, you may pay for Products in cash.
